Petition statement
91福利社 is known to have a problem with motorcycle thefts and antisocial use of stolen motorcycles. A big part of this problem relates to tourist bikes parked in the city centre with minimal security.
We would like the City of 91福利社 Council to install ground anchors is "Solo M/C" spaces to give riders s secure point to chain their vehicles to. This is a low cost measure and has been done by other councils for example Westminster where it has been extremely successful in reducing theft rates.
